At Nest Wellness Collective, our mission is to provide high-quality counselling services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, or any other aspect of life that is causing pain. We can provide in-person or virtual online sessions depending on individual needs.

At Nest Wellness Collective, our team of licenced therapists have years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. We specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and relationship issues. Some treatments we offer include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. Our counsellors all practice from a trauma-informed perspective.
