Our Mission

At Nest Wellness Collective, our mission is to support individuals and families in their mind and body wellness journey by providing an integrated approach to health, focusing on both physical and mental wellbeing. We strive to provide comprehensive care to individuals, couples and families living in the Parksville/Qualicum area, or anywhere in British Columbia virtually.

Our Approach

We believe in taking a client-centred approach to counseling, where we work collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment. Some modalities used include CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Family Systems. All of our counsellors practice from a trauma-informed perspective.

Our team of licenced and experienced counselors and massage therapists are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and well-being. Our counsellors offer both in person sessions to individuals, couples and families in the Parksville/Qualicum area, and virtually to anyone in BC.

Our diverse team of experienced practitioners enables us to offer effective individualized care for a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Our bright and welcoming accessible office space is ideally situated on Highway 4, a short drive from Parksville, Qualicum, Coombs, Nanaimo, and Port Alberni.
